Disney has re-edited its new Pixar film Incredibles 2 to ensure it passes a test around flashing lights and patterns. The test is called the Harding Box test, and it is used to look at video footage for flashing lights and patterns that may trigger a seizure in people with photosensitive epilepsy.
This followed concerns raised when the film first aired in the US, about some scenes which could cause seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy. Some US cinemas posted warnings to audiences at the time.
Since then, Disney has re-edited the film to comply with the Harding Box test. The re-edited version has reduced flashing images to comply with the test.
