OVER R20 000 was raised towards treatment for South Coast adored youngster, Gabriella Dry at a special comedy show held at the Mozambik restaurant on Wednesday.
Dry suffers from spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy as well as epilepsy which inhibits her from talking, walking or crawling. The comedy show was held to help raise funds for her trip to India for stem cell treatment.
Mozambik owner Johan Muller said he decided to lend a helping hand in order to show the love and compassion given to him by God.
“Ella is a special young lady and has needs which we as a community can assist with.
“I know there is lots more we as a community can do for so many people, but we have to start somewhere and having met Nicole, Kevin and their lovely family at Mozambik, God has placed it in my heart to start by assisting Ella”, Muller said
